    • Phase 3: The Final Immersion – An in-person evaluation where you demonstrate your excellence in a real-world simulation.

  • TMBA graduates can choose between two high-level paths:

    • Independent Modern Butlers, offering exclusive services to UHNW clients, agencies, or estates.

    • Luxury hospitality placements, including villas, yachts, jets, and five-star hotels — with access to TMBA’s trusted network.

      We prepare you for leadership in the world’s most refined environments.

  • If you decide to withdraw during the Boot Camp, we offer a full refund of your tuition.
    You’ll only be charged for accommodation and meals. This reflects our commitment to transparency, quality, and honest beginnings.

  • No prior experience is necessary. We welcome both seasoned professionals and first-time service candidates.

  • Our programs are primarily delivered in English, as it is the international language of luxury service.

    However, we also offer full training in Spanish and French, and upon request for corporate partners, in Italian and German.

  • Boot Camps are offered several times per year in select European cities. Each group is intentionally small to ensure personalized attention. Upcoming dates are shared upon application or inquiry — early application is recommended.
